Ursula Fürnhammer graduated from SDA Bocconi School of Management and started her career at Interspar gastronomy as Regional Restaurant Manager. She had been working at INTERSPAR GmbH for five years before she joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2015 as Platform Manager at Vienna International Airport. In 2018 she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer to manage the Foodservice and further became CEO Lagardère Travel Retail Austria.

Johannes Hecht

Johannes Hecht graduated from Vienna Business School, soon afterwards joined in 1999 AIREST Restaurant- & Hotelbetriebs GmbH in the purchasing department. In 2004 Johannes Hecht was promoted to Managing Director for Lagardère Travel Retail d.o.o. Slovenia. After 16 years in Slovenia, Johannes Hecht was appointed COO for the Austrian foodservice business.

Stéphane ROLLAND

Chief Financial Officer

Stéphane Rolland is from France and has a degree from Toulouse Business School.
He joined the group in 2007 as controller for Relay France (travel essentials in stations/ airports and hospitals), in 2011 he became international financial controller and became in 2013 the Head of Controlling from SDA (the joint venture between Aéroports de Paris and Lagardere operating the duty free activities in Paris airports). In 2019 he was promoted CFO for the Austrian companies of Lagardere Travel Retail.
He always likes to learn and discover new things and believes that numbers should always be for everyone whereas the Finance department´s goal is to be able to explain them.
